Kennel Technician

If you’re a diligent worker who loves animals, you may be a good fit for our team at Hickory Kennels. While experience is an asset, we are enthusiastic about providing training to individuals who show promise and could become valuable members of our team.

In addition to daily cleaning, our Kennel Technicians assist with bathing pets and trimming nails, walking/exercising dogs in all weather conditions, and providing enrichment time to our feline boarders. The job also requires effective communication with teammates, pet owners, and our veterinary staff, as well as the ability to sit, stand, stoop, and lift at least 35 pounds. Weekends and holidays are mandatory.
